- Provides staff development opportunities
- Provide information and support to parents and guardians
- Bachelor's degree in Education
- A valid Arizona teacher certification
- Reading Endorsement (preferred)
- Math Endorsement (preferred)
- ESL/Bilingual Endorsement (preferred)
- Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Experience in academic intervention and support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- The working environment is the normal office setting.

SUMMARY:
The Response to Intervention Teacher (RTI) is responsible for supporting student achievement with special attention to Tier II and III instruction. The Response to Intervention Teacher (RTI) provides individual or small group instruction to students who are struggling academically. This position is also responsible for monitoring, reporting, and communicating student progress and performance, and collaborating with general education staff.
