    TITLE: ESS – Summer Evaluation Team for ages 3-5

    CLASSIFICATION: Certified (Speech Pathologist, School Psychologist, Special Education Certified Teacher & as needed an Occupational Therapist & Physical Therapist)

    REPORTS TO: Director for Exceptional Student Services

    SUMMARY:The Summer Evaluation Team will be responsible for Child Find Activities & Part C to Part B Transition for Preschool Age Studens: June 2025
    1. Participate and Conduct Child Find Screenings
    2. Conduct Comprehensive Developmental Assessments for children referred
    3. Hold Eligibility and IEP Meetings
    4. Complete MET & IEP Reports
    5. Accurately maintain all necessary documentation and records
    6. Perform other duties and assume other responsibilities as assigned
