    TITLE: Summer Program Lead
    CLASSIFICATION: Certified
    REPORTS TO: Director of Federal Programs/Federal Programs Specialist
    SUMMARY: The Summer School Program Lead is a Roosevelt School District certified staff member who serves as a summer administrative intern and maintains the daily operations of the program, including:
    1. General administration of all program components
    2. Oversee discipline plan and classroom management ( applicable only for onsite Leads)
    3. Work with transportation and child nutrition services ( applicable only for onsite Leads)
    4. Ensure school safety & follow emergency procedures ( applicable only for onsite Leads)
    5. Work with outside vendors to ensure the academic needs of students enrolled in the program are met
    6. Summer school registration and student recruitment
    7. Daily attendance procedures, collaborating with the Third party tutors to ensure attendance (absence calls and record keeping)
    8. Duty schedules and onsite monitoring( applicable only for onsite Leads)
    9. Accurately maintain all necessary documentation and records
    10. Resource distribution
    11. Answer phones
    12. Collaborate with RSD district office staff
    13. Observe classrooms
    14. Effective implementation and monitoring of summer programs
    15. Work with parents
    16. Perform other duties and assumes other responsibilities as assigned by District Staff
    EXPERIENCE: Administrative Certification Preferred
